Responsibilities:
  • Penetrating the market and developing the logistics business by grabbing more customers
  • Canvassing the new clients to try the WWL service with sales visits, telemarketing, etc.

  • well-coordinated with prospect customers to get their support by providing customized services.
  • Closely interacting with major customers to establish long-term business relationships.
  • Monitoring/ supervising the complete operation of each shipment to ensure service quality and eliminate problems.
  • Handling customer complaints and suggestions and taking appropriate corrective action.
  • Monitoring the market trend, competitors' activities, and making the proposals to the superior.
  • Successfully canvassed various high-end traders who have volume and high-revenue businesses connecting remote ports.
  • Consistently achieved the personal targets

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the international logistics industry
  • Strong sales ability
  • Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated to succeed
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while delivering independent results
  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (Good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to build and maintain productive relationships with English and Chinese-speaking clients)
  • Malaysia Citizen or PR
