Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and clean data from various sources.
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Present research findings and data insights in a clear and visually appealing manner.
- Design and implement statistical models to support research studies, experiments, or predictive analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the research process.

Required Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
- Exposure in Real Estate advisory, Research, Feasibility Studies, demand-supply analysis, Financial Modeling & concepts.
- Should have excellent mathematical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Presentation and documentation work.
Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with leading manned security and security guard services.
- Working Set-up: Temporary Work from Home
- Mondays to Fridays.
