- Lead and oversee the legal practice within the holding company, ensuring legal compliance across all subsidiaries.
- Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies to support the company's objectives and business operations.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the management team and stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters.
- Manage legal risks, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution processes effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to address legal issues and find optimal solutions.
- Stay abreast of legal developments, changes in regulations, and industry trends to ensure continuous legal compliance and implementation of best practices.
