Your day-to-day tasks will be primarily providing Office & HR support in the various areas.
This job is administrative, yet variable and creative.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE:
Administrative support related to the office management (taking care of our office space requirements, office supplies, IT devices)
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and communicating with candidates
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Organizing training and development programs and keeping their records
Organize our monthly company events, team buildings, posting on social media
HR marketing – LinkedIn, company website
Processing and archiving travel expenses
Errands (post office, authorities)
WE EXPECT YOUR SKILLS:
Proven experience as Office Assistant or Office Manager
Advance level of English language
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of MS office
Active and positive person who is committed to action
Well-organized person who has a good attention for details
