JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.
  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations.
  • 201 Filing

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be studying Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • With at least 2 months requirement for On-The-Job Training
  • With endorsement letter and MOA from his/her university
  • Hardworking, flexible, keen to details, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • With good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Has proficiency in using Microsoft office and other related applications.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
