JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be studying Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- With at least 2 months requirement for On-The-Job Training
- With endorsement letter and MOA from his/her university
- Hardworking, flexible, keen to details, and can work with minimal supervision.
- With good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Has the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Has proficiency in using Microsoft office and other related applications.
